The Alfond Inn is welcoming a new executive chef by the name of Marc Kusche to the hotel that will be revising the menu at their Hamilton’s Kitchen restaurant over the next few weeks as he gets settled in. Some of the menu items that were previewed at a media event that we attended on May 13th, 2014 included watermelon salad, seared ahi tuna, rib eye, lemon crusted salmon, chocolate mousse, and key lime cheese cake.photo courtesy of Orlando Local Guide
