*** SHOW NOTES ***
Tonight we spoke with the CEO of Chateau’ Relaxo, again, for her take on a recent road trip.
Our typical Chateau Relaxo 2020 Summer Trip was condensed to a 3 night 600-mile road trip. Two stops, Savannah GA and St. Simons, GA. This is the longest and farthest either of us had been away from home in the last 4 months.

- On Saturday, September 8, 2019, Golden Ray a 656’ car carrier cargo ship capsized within Port of Brunswick Harbor, shortly after unberthing and proceeding towards Port of Baltimore. The ship departed the dock in Brunswick shortly after midnight and had traveled only 23 minutes when it started to list.
The ship had 24 fuel tanks, and all were almost full when she capsized. By 27 September, 2 of them had been pumped out and vents on the others were plugged. A total of 300,000 US gallons were believed to be on board. The ship was carrying right around 4000 cars when it sank. Relief efforts focus around cutting the ship into 8 pieces in preparation for removal.
